Abstract
TALIC is a hub of good practice for HKU and many colleagues attend TALIC workshops and sharing sessions. Besides coming away from these with a suite of ideas, how can attendees make use of TALIC ideas, resources and strategies to enhance our own teaching and learning practice and build our professional repertoire? In this sharing session, Tanya will show how she developed a successful Teaching Development Grant based on rich learning shared by TALIC colleagues in a session based on using the Twine app for scenario-based learning. The potential impact of utilizing a single ‘hands-on’ event and taking forward implementation of ideas and strategies from the event will also be discussed.
This session is open to all. It may be particularly useful to colleagues who have not yet applied for a Teaching Development Grant, but are interested in doing so.
