This is an inter-institutional collaborative activity (IICA) involving five higher education institutions in Hong Kong: The University of Hong Kong (HKU), The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU), The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK), and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU).

It uncovers questions about students’ satisfaction with their programs, achievement of University’s Educational Aims, and the various enablers and barriers to student satisfaction and to the attainment of the University’s Educational Aims.

Ultimately, answers to the above questions can provide insights on how to improve the overall student experience in their programs and would have implications for students, teachers, and participating universities.
