Abstract
Starting this year, summative peer review of teaching will be incorporated into the evaluation process for professoriate and teaching staff undergoing major personnel events at The University of Hong Kong (HKU). For this panel discussion, we have invited leaders of peer review of teaching initiatives from University College London, The University of Sydney, and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University to share their experiences in managing peer review of teaching at their respective institutions, and fostering conversations on teaching practice. The facilitator will initially invite each speaker to present the peer review of teaching initiatives implemented at their university, before opening the discussion to all participants.
