Abstract:
This project focuses on how to resolve the issues of assessment and feedback as identified in the HKUSLEQ reports by:
- identifying and providing teachers with a compilation of discipline-based assessment and feedback practices, standards and rubrics currently used in the Faculty of Business and Economics and the Faculty of Science at HKU and other recognised overseas Universities;
- updating and enhancing the assessment materials and resources in the HKU Assessment Resources Website;
- building two communities of practices in Business and Economics Education and Science Education for fostering and advancing discipline-based teaching and learning; and
- leading the communities of practice to a higher level of teaching and learning.
