Abstract
The seminar illustrates how key transformations in our conceptualisation of global security and insecurity impact on teaching and learning. The seminar will share insights from a site visit to the School International and Political Studies and the Rotary Peace Centre at the University of Queensland, a Universitas21 partner institution. Key discussion points will be the changing nature and content of teaching and learning on security matters, the emergence of new methodologies to familiarise students with multimedia sources on security and insecurity, as well as innovative projects for experiential learning.
